Senior UI / UX Designer
You will be involved in all aspects of product design; from improving the functionality and user experience of the software platform through to designing exceptional and eye-catching packaging for the client’s products
Requirements:
• You have a strong portfolio of UI Visual Design work, can demonstrate decision-making and reasoning
• You have worked for a digital agency previously for min 5 years
• You’re collaborative and enjoy working with clients directly
• You have experience with a range of design tools e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• A UX / Product Designer with an artistic background and strong knowledge of UX
• You need to be comfortable working on software and hardware design (you’ll be working on UX for the software platform as well as product design for packaging)
• Degree educated ideally in Art or alternatively Graphic Design or Industrial Design
• Very good eye for detail and artistic design
• Develop low fidelity concepts and high-fidelity designs that help teams create meaningful solutions for users
• Communicate design ideas using a variety of techniques, including, service models, user journeys, system maps and/or infographics
• Mentor or manage more junior designers to guide their skills development and design approach
• Introduce and advocate for design thinking in organisations less familiar with a user-centred approach
